Magnesium hydroxide is a new type of filled flame retardant. H12 series product introduction

This series of products is magnesium hydroxide flame retardant smoke suppressant made by screening, crushing surface modification of brucite raw materials. It has the advantages of high main content, serialized particle size, good processing performance high cost performance.

In order to meet the performance requirements of different customers, the company has made technical improvements on the basis of the original products. Through the change of production process, the product's elongation at break oxygen index have been significantly improved. The specific data comparison is shown in the table below:

Combined with experimental data customer feedback: Hl211-FM improves the oxygen index of the product; H1211-FH improves the oxygen index elongation at break of the product, H1211-FH2 elongation at break has been significantly improved.

The main application areas of this series of products are low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin sheath materials cable materials.
